What makes our product unique?

All of PBSI's products include several important features which set them apart from competitive devices:

• The products were designed by an internationally known practicing orthopaedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist with over 25 years of experience treating Repetitive Stress Injuries.

• The products function as interactive pumps and strategic shock absorbers rather than as tourniquets. They enhance blood flow through the muscles and joints during physical exertion. The products are designed with such precision so as to allow the muscles to relax rather than constrict during physical exertion. This reduces stress on the tendons and muscles, which in turn aids in the relief of pain and assists in the prevention of further injury.

• Each device can be worn on the right or left side by either gender. The products' component pieces are durable and hypoallergenic. They retain their shape and are comfortable after many hours of use.
